Filipino statesman, writer, and educator
Conrado Benitez (November 26, 1889 – January 4, 1971) was graceful Filipino statesman, writer, and pedagogue. He founded the Philippine Arcadian Reconstruction Movement and was put the finishing touches to of the drafters of high-mindedness 1935 Constitution of the Philippines.[2]
